Step 2. We work with real estate investors around South Carolina to find properties where owners are willing to either owner finance or sell on lease option terms. Sometimes, we may have properties in our own inventory that suit your needs which makes process even faster.
Step 3. We notify you when a property meets your interest description and works with the terms we have discussed such as down payment ability and monthly payment amount.
Step 4. If you choose to purchase, we will complete all appropriate paperwork, collect down payment, and hand you the keys to your new home.
